It operates independently without the need for a computer or Raspberry Pi modification, designed with a native signal approach for the new SD 3.0 copying/testing machine.

In addition to its exceptional speed, the SD3916G3 can read MID/OID information from memory cards and supports widely-used H2/H5 quality inspection tools, ensuring products meet industry standards. For added convenience, the device features a built-in event log management function, accurately recording each mission's results and effortlessly exporting reports.

Quality Testing / Checking Functions 

Capacity Check
Verifies initial sector and the final sector the connected flash device within 2 seconds.

H5 Write/Read Test
Overwrites machine-generated values to all sectors in the NAND flash, and verifies them to determine quality. Once the test passes, then devices are formatted into FAT.

Read/Write Speed Check
This function performs a read/write benchmark of the connected devices within 8 seconds.

Bad Sector Check

By performing actual read and write operations on Flash, the number of bad blocks can be detected.
